Every order is custom printed on demand with care. Production and processing typically take 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
What are your shipping times?
Standard US shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after production. Express shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. International delivery ranges from 7 to 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is printed and packed, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing your tracking link. You can also enter your Order # and email on our Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day replacement or refund guarantee on all damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Simply send us a clear photo of the issue to support@pawsquadtees.com!
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! We offer a 30-day hassle-free size exchange guarantee. If your tee or dog hoodie doesn't fit 100% comfortably, contact support@pawsquadtees.com and we'll arrange a size swap.
How do I choose the right size for humans and dogs?
Refer to the detailed size chart on each product page. Our human apparel features a modern unisex DTC fit (true to size). For dogs, measure chest girth and neck circumference for the best fit.
What materials and inks do you use?
We use ultra-soft 100% combed ring-spun cotton and premium fleece blends. All designs are printed using eco-friendly, non-toxic water-based inks (OEKO-TEX certified) that absorb directly into the fabric.
What are the recommended washing instructions?
Machine wash cold inside-out with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve fabric softness and vibrant print colors. Do not iron directly on printed graphics.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders enter our automated Printify production queue within 2 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please email support@pawsquadtees.com within 2 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship Paw Squad apparel to dog lovers all over the world. International shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.
