At PawSquad Tees, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please review our policy below.
1. Custom Products

All items are made to order.

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted:

Contact us at hello@pawsquadtees.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
✅ Once approved, we will coordinate with Printify for a replacement or refund.
⚠️ No need to return the defective item.
3. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, size, or design, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Contact us with your order details and photos as soon as possible.
4. Non-Defective Items

Items that are not defective (e.g., wrong size/color ordered or changed mind) are not eligible for returns.

Any exceptions or store credit offers are at our discretion.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective or damaged items.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, contact us.

We will coordinate with Printify and the shipping carrier to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
