Return & Refund Policy

At PawSquad Tees, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please review our policy below.


 

1. Custom Products

  • All items are made to order.

  • Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.


 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  1. Contact us at hello@pawsquadtees.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

✅ Once approved, we will coordinate with Printify for a replacement or refund.

⚠️ No need to return the defective item.


 

3. Incorrect Orders

  • If you received the wrong product, size, or design, we will provide a replacement or refund.

  • Contact us with your order details and photos as soon as possible.


 

4. Non-Defective Items

  • Items that are not defective (e.g., wrong size/color ordered or changed mind) are not eligible for returns.

  • Any exceptions or store credit offers are at our discretion.


 

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective or damaged items.


 

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package is lost during shipping, contact us.

  • We will coordinate with Printify and the shipping carrier to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
